                          INTERIM RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT

Bulgarian Property Developments will be announcing its results for the six
months ended 31 December 2006 on Thursday, 22 March 2007. The Group will be
holding an analysts' and private client brokers' meeting, the details of which
are as follows:

Ivo Hesmondhalgh and Philip Pashov, the Joint Chief Executives of Bulgarian
Property Developments, will present the results and will discuss the strategy
and prospects of the Group.

Background Note

Bulgarian Property Developments floated on AIM in January 2005, having raised
#4.2 million net. A further #32.9 million net was raised in January 2006. With
the completion of the purchase of its new 21.5 acre site in Sofia, which was
announced on 14 February 2007, the Company is effectively fully invested. It now
has a geographically diverse portfolio of sites (some of which are already
income producing) across Bulgaria.
