Falanx Group (AIM: FLX) the global cyber security and intelligence provider, announces that as of 30 November 2018, the Company has 400,401,186 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company will be 400,401,186. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules sourcebook.
