Global Energy Development PLC, the Latin America focused petroleum development and production company (AIM: GED) with operations in Colombia, announces that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 to shareholders, along with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
