("Hunting" or "the Company")
Directors Shareholding/PDMR transactions
Hunting PLC today announces that under the rules of the Hunting
Performance Share Plan ("HPSP"), and following the measurement of
the relevant performance conditions, nil cost share awards granted
in 2020 to the executive Directors and members of the Hunting
Executive Committee, who are all determined to be PDMRs, partially
vested and were exercised as follows:

The performance measures of the awards are noted on page 150 of
the 2022 Annual Report and Accounts. The performance period was 1
January 2020 to 31 December 2022.
The average selling price of the above ordinary shares for tax
liabilities was 282.0 pence.
