Inspectron notifies that it has been informed today of the following director 
share purchases: 
 
John Harvey purchased 57,778 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the capital of the 
Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 6 July 2009 at a price of 4p per share. Following 
the share purchase, John Harvey has a holding of 2,187,669 Ordinary Shares 
equivalent to 18.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. 
 
 
Peter Harris purchased 26,667 Ordinary Shares on 3 July 2009 at a price of 4p 
per share. Following the share purchase, Peter Harris has a holding of 32,134 
Ordinary Shares equivalent to 0.27 per cent. of the issued share capital of the 
Company.
