Correction to Director Appointment Announcement

Director Declaration

InterQuest Group plc, the AIM listed company focused on digital recruitment and solutions, announces that, further to the announcement of 19 November 2015 in relation to the appointment of David Bygrave as a director of the Company, the announcement omitted certain information on his directorships.

Accordingly, the directorship information on David Bygrave included in the announcement of 19 November 2015 provided pursuant to AIM Rule 17 should have read as follows:

David Bygrave was appointed as a director of Images Images International Ltd on 20 January 2000 and resigned on 27 February 2001 following the sale of Images Images International Ltd. Subsequent to the sale, on 14 August 2001, the company entered into a voluntary creditors liquidation following which the total deficit to creditors was GBP453,180.16

Following the sale of Images Images International David Bygrave also resigned as a director to two related companies Dreamtime Technologies Limited and Cubed Limited, each of which entered into a creditors' voluntary liquidation within 12 months of his resignation.

In addition, the Company has been informed by Gary Ashworth, Chairman of the Company, that Fishworks PLC, a company to which Mr Ashworth was a director, entered into administration on 21 January 2009. It was subsequently placed into liquidation on 20 November 2010 and the total deficit to creditors totalled GBP7,298,228.34.
