GEM DIAMONDS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD COMPLETES DESPATCH
OF OPTION BIDDER'S STATEMENT

Gem Diamonds Australia Pty Ltd has given notice to the Company, under the
Corporations Act 2001 subsection 633(1) items 7, 8 and 9, that it has completed
despatch of its Option Bidder's Statement to all persons registered as holders
of options (with exercise prices above A$0.70) in Kimberley Diamond Company.
