                              Listing Application

Application has been made to the Alternative Investment Market of the London
Stock Exchange ("AIM") for the admission to trading of 279,066 ordinary shares
of 5p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Ordinary Shares are being issued
pursuant to the exercise of options by certain Directors (as set out in the
announcement dated 10 December 2003) and certain other members of the Company's
management team. Dealings are expected to commence on 31 December 2003 on AIM.
