In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6, the Company confirms that, as at the close of business on 30 June 2018, its issued ordinary share capital consisted of 511,738,648 ordinary shares of 5p each, all with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
