Osprey Smaller Companies Income Fund Limited (the "Company") 
 
 
The Company has today cancelled the shares that were previously held in 
Treasury. Therefore, the Company's Treasury holding of 275,000 Ordinary Shares 
is cancelled with immediate effect. 
 
 
The Company's capital now consists of 10,554,612 Ordinary 10 pence Shares of 
which none are held in Treasury. 
 
 
The total number of voting rights in the Company, therefore, is 10,554,612, all 
of which are identical.   This figure may be used by shareholders as the 
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are 
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the 
Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
