Resignation of Auditor

RDL Realisation plc (the "Company") announces that Deloitte LLP ("Deloitte") has resigned as the Company's auditor with effect from 29 July 2019.

A copy of Deloitte's statement of reasons relating to its resignation will be sent to shareholders for information only, as required by Section 520(2) of the Companies Act 2006.

The Audit Committee has commenced work on identifying a new auditor and a further announcement will be made in due course.
