Purchase of Own Securities

The Board announces that it has, on May 17th, purchased 86,520 Ordinary Shares
of 5p in the Company at a price of 11.55p per share, for cancellation.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 74,195,889 total voting
rights and shares in issue.   The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
