has today been published on the Company's website at
www.serco.com.
In accordance with Listing Rule
6.6.1 and DTRs 4.1 and 6.3.5, a copy of the unedited full text 2024
Annual Report and Accounts has been submitted to the UK Listing
Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the
National Storage Mechanism https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
A hard copy version of the 2024
Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of the 2025 Annual
General Meeting will be sent to those shareholders who have elected
to receive paper communications on or around 20 March 2025.
The Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting will be made
available on the Company's website on the same date.
