LONDON, March 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --
Princess Cruises has announced its full cruise and
cruisetours listings for 2014 including the introduction of brand
new Royal-class ship, the Regal
Princess.
Princess Cruises now sails to over 120 destinations, offering 94
departures on 48 itineraries. The new arrival - Regal Princess -
joins the Royal Princess to take the fleet up to 18 ships. These
two luxury liners will take their inaugural voyages on two of the
most popular European routes.
Regal Princess will sail on a series of 12-day
Mediterranean cruises, starting spring 2014. The route will take
the 3,600-passenger ship from Venice to Barcelona. Its revolutionary design includes a
glass-enclosed walkway that extends 28 feet over the ship's edge
and a grand new atrium called the Piazza. This marble swathed hub
will be a central feature for dining and entertainment.
There is also an adults-only pool with private bookable cabanas
and all outside cabins will have their own balconies. This means
that 80 per cent of the ship's rooms will have al fresco space.
