    Appointment of Non-Executive Director


    Following the announcement of 10 November 2008 and pursuant to the AIM Rules, the following additional information is disclosed in
respect of the appointment of Alessandro Benedetti to the Board of Directors of the Company.

    Alessandro Benedetti, aged 47, was appointed to the board as a Non-executive Director on 7 November 2008. Alessandro replaces Jens
Montanana who resigned from the Board on 7 November 2008.

    Mr Beneditti's total interest (held both directly and indirectly) in the common shares of the Company is 9,592,500 shares, representing
8.10% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).

    Mr Benedetti is or has been within the previous five years, a director or partner of the following companies:
