 OÜ Notorious 
  (disposal of shares)

There is no change in Mr Hinrikus's beneficial shareholding in the Company as a result of the transaction below and he continues to have, through OÜ Notorious, an interest and voting rights in 93,616,498 class A ordinary shares and 53,966,926 class B ordinary shares, representing in aggregate approximately 12.64% of the voting rights in the Company.
