nickel deposits, principally in Zambia and other southern African countries. On 22 August, 2005, the Company
acquired the nickel related assets owned by Zambezi Resources Limited ("Zambezi Resources"), in particular the
Mitaba Prospect and the Paulwi Prospect.

4,729,167 Offer Options exercisable into one ordinary share of 1p each in the ordinary share capital of the
Company at 10p per Offer Option. The Offer Options will expire on 31 October 2006.
