Pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Share Option Scheme,
256,594 new ordinary shares have been issued.  Application has been made to UK
Listing Authority and the Irish Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted
to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the Official List of the
Irish Stock Exchange and to the London Stock Exchange for such shares to be
admitted to trading.  The shares rank pari passu in all respects with the
existing Ordinary Shares.

Copies of this brochure are available from the Registered Office of the Company
for fourteen days following the date of publication
