Reference is made to the stock exchange release made public by Scatec Solar ASA on 13 June 2018, regarding completion of a private placement of shares.

Jan Skogseth, Board Member and primary insider of Scatec Solar, has subscribed and been allocated 3,521 shares in Scatec Solar ASA, at a price per share of NOK 60.

After the transaction and delivery of shares in the private placement, Jan Skogseth, together with consolidated parties, will own 22,000 shares in Scatec Solar ASA.
