PDMR Purchase of shares

The Company announces that on 23 August 2023, Simon Walther, Finance Director, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in Cohort ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 509.698 pence each to be held in a Nominee account in his name.
