One of the oldest Bitcoin wallet

release looks to implement years of consistent development. The
launch will be accompanied by what they are calling the "largest
crypto giveaway in history." They will airdrop $125 with of Stellar
lumens (XLM) to all Blockchain wallet holders. The first drop will
be within the week. The move is made to highlight their partnership

Bitmain New
Antminer
Plans were announced last month for
a new version of the industry standard bitcoin miner “Antminer”
from Bitmain. The company was the first to discover and utilize
ASIC computers for mining cryptocurrency and has led the field ever
since. But after a string of releases from competing companies,
Bitmain has put their knowledge to work on a new 7 nanometer
“Antminer.” This new version uses their proprietary chip design
which integrates “more than a billion transistors.” The design
facilitates low power-intensive technology to optimize
efficiency.
15 Global Banks Testing
Blockchain
The Depository Trust & Clearing
Corporation (DTCC) has been working on a blockchain platform for
major financial institutions to increase efficiency in credit
derivative transactions - an $11 trillion dollar industry. Now
nearly complete, the group has signed on 15 banks to engage a
testing phase before the service can go live. The only bank
explicitly named for piloting the Trade Information Warehouse (TIW)
was U.K.-based Barclays. They will be integrating other key
financial infrastructures like IHS Markit's new TradeServ platform,
which is designed for foreign exchange options and re-architectured
credit matching and confirmations. They hope to able to launch the
final edition of TIW by early 2019. The warehouse's customer base
is composed of more than 2,500 buy-side firms and other market
participants in over 70 countries.
