Dow Jones News
1133 GMT - Air Liquide is among the most mentioned companies
across news items in Europe over the past 12 hours, according to
Factiva data, after the French industrial gases company said it
would partner on renewable low-carbon hydrogen with TotalEnergies.
Air Liquide said it will invest more than 130 million euros ($133.2
million) for the construction and operation of a hydrogen producing
unit at TotalEnergies' Grandpuits plant near Paris. The hydrogen
unit will have an annual production capacity of more than 20,000
metric tons of partly renewable hydrogen produced through the
recycling of residual biogas from TotalEnergies' Grandpuits
biorefinery, TotalEnergies said. TotalEnergies will purchase the
hydrogen produced under a long-term contract, most of which will be
used by the French energy company's biorefinery to produce
sustainable aviation fuel, Air Liquide said. Dow Jones & Co.
