On August 3, 2024, Jeremy Hitchcock delivered notice of his resignation as co-Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board effective immediately. Such resignation was not a result of a disagreement with the Company or the Board on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices or any other matter.
