release preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter ended
December 31, 2024 after market close
on Monday, March 3, 2025.
B. Riley Financial will host a conference call followed by a
question-and-answer session with analyst and investors at
4:30 p.m. ET (1:30 p.m. PT) on the same day. Investors may

Rule 5250 (c)(1), which requires listed companies to timely file
all required periodic reports with the Securities and Exchange
Commission.
