[Dow Jones] New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson says he's asked
General Electric Co. (GE) Chief Executive Jeff Immelt to build a
renewable-energy equipment manufacturing facility in New Mexico, to
replace an aircraft engine factory the company plans to shut down
next year. "We agreed to explore ways in which a mutually
beneficial relationship could develop," Richardson says.
