7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 3, 2024,
Global Net Lease, Inc. (the “Company”) prepared a slide covering the Company’s progress
on its 2024 strategic disposition plan, which the Company plans to post on its website and that officers and other representatives
intend to present at upcoming meetings with investors. A copy of the slide is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 of this Current Report on
Form 8-K. The information set forth in Item 7.01 of this Current Report on Form 8-K and in the attached Exhibit 99.1 is
