Item 1.04 Mine Safety – Reporting of Shutdowns and Patterns of Violations.
On March 3, 2025, our Highway 175 facility in Ukiah, California received a Section 107(a) imminent danger order issued by the Mine Safety and Health Administration under the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977. The order stated that a miner was observed working on a five-foot ladder without fall protection. The employee returned to the ground and the order was terminated.
The condition cited in the order did not result in an accident or injury and did not adversely impact the Company’s operations at the mine.
