Item 7.01    Regulation FD Disclosure.

As previously announced, United Natural Foods, Inc. (the “Company”) plans to update its revenue disaggregation reporting starting in the second quarter of fiscal 2025. Revenue will be reported in three sales categories – Natural, Conventional and Retail.

On March 4, 2025, the Company made available on the Investors section of the Company’s website a presentation recasting its revenue disaggregation reporting for each quarter and year end of fiscal years 2022 to 2024 and the first quarter of fiscal 2025 to reflect this new presentation.

The information included under this Item 7.01 “Regulation FD Disclosure” of this Current Report on Form 8-K is being furnished.
