Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on its 8.625%
Fixed-to-Floating Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock
for the period from October 31, 2020 through and
including January 30, 2021 in the amount
of $0.5390625 per share. The dividend will be paid
on February 1, 2021 to holders of record on January
4, 2021.
