The Board of ARC Risk Management Group Plc ("ARC" or the "Group"), the
AIM-listed provider of worldwide security risk management services, is pleased
to announce the appointment to the Board of Mr Maldywn Worsley-Tonks, MBE, as
Operations Director.
His appointment, which follows the significant contracts recently won from both

support for its brand.
Mr Maldwyn Stephen Henry Worsley-Tonks, aged 49, is a former Lieutenant Colonel

aspects of the red24 services.
Commenting on today's announcement, Rob Whiting, ARC's Chief Executive, stated:
"We are delighted to welcome Maldwyn to the Board. His experience, coupled with
his outstanding track record, complements the existing management team. Ensuring
