Clan announces that, on 30 July 2003, it concluded missives and completed the
sale of a residential property from its property portfolio. The property is
located at Flat F, 185 South Street, Perth. The sale price of the property is
#45,000, #5,000 greater than the valuation as at 30 June 2003.


The Company also announces that, on 4 August 2003, it concluded missives and
completed the sale of an industrial property from its property portfolio. The
property is located at 48 Arrotshole Road, East Kilbride. The sale price is
#55,000, the value ascribed to the property as at 30 June 2003.


The proceeds of these sale will be used to repay debt, fees and other expenses.
