assets under management ("AUM") of approximately C$165.5 billion as at September 30, 2024, compared to C$158.9 billion as at June
30, 2024.

Total AUM increased 4.2% to $165.5
billion in the quarter, reflecting rising equity and fixed
income markets and net organic growth from both Public Markets,
excluding PineStone Asset Management Inc. ("PineStone"), and
Private Markets.
Public Markets AUM, excluding AUM sub-advised by PineStone,
increased 5.1%, reflecting positive market returns and net organic
growth of approximately $200
million. AUM sub-advised by PineStone also
increased in the quarter, as modest outflows from client
rebalancing activity were more than offset by market performance.
Private Markets AUM maintained its consistent growth track
record, increasing 1.6% in the quarter driven by new subscriptions
of approximately $400
million.
Q3 2024 Results
The Company will issue its financial results for the third
quarter of 2024 on Thursday, November 7,
