announced today the completion of its acquisition by Guardian
Capital LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of global asset manager
Guardian Capital Group Limited (Guardian) (TSX: GCG) (TSX: GCG. A).
The transaction was announced on February 2,
2024, and concluded today following the fulfillment of the
requisite consent and approval processes.
