Datacom Wireless Corporation ("Datacom" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:DAT), a
Canadian leader in the design, development and marketing of mission-critical
vehicle fleet management and theft prevention and recovery solutions, is pleased
to announce today that it has signed an exclusive three year agreement (the
"Agreement") with Empress Truck Leasing ("Empress") to supply an initial order
of 300 units of Datacom's VGSM-150i(TM) solution in the Empress fleet.

Empress is a well-known Canadian company offering truck leasing and rental, as
well as "full-service" truck leasing. Empress provides its own rigorous
maintenance for the more than 400 trucks in its fleet. Under the terms of the
agreement, Empress will use Datacom's VGSM-150i(TM) solution across its fleet of
trucks. The VGSM-150i(TM) is a management tracking system for commercial
vehicles benefiting from the GPS technology accuracy that comprises an
interactive Web interface enabling users to locate such commercial vehicles on
demand and to immobilize them.

"Our VGSM-150i(TM) solution provides a vehicle tracking tool tailored to
Empress' needs, allowing Empress to locate on demand, with GPS accuracy, its
trucks anywhere, anytime, over a Web easy-to-use interface," noted Pierre
Collins, President and Chief Executive Officer of Datacom. "This additional
agreement with Empress in the commercial vehicles leasing and rental vertical
market is another proof of our leadership position in real-time vehicle
tracking."

"We have conducted a rigorous review of the market existing technologies and
various other systems and we have concluded that the VGSM-150i(TM) is a perfect
fit for Empress' tracking and security needs," noted Pierre Martin, President of
Empress. "We are pleased and are looking forward to work with Datacom."
