Healthscreen Solutions Inc. ("Healthscreen") (TSX VENTURE:MDU), Canada's premier

record ("EMR") software, is pleased to announce that OntarioMD has certified
Healthscreen's proprietary and innovative HSPractice 4.0 Data Sharing Solution.
Type 1 Data Share configuration is unique to Healthscreen and allows doctors to
have a local server for optimal EMR performance, while also being able to share
data with colleagues when necessary.

among Family Health Groups, Family Health Teams, Family Health Organizations and
other groups that have hesitated implementing an EMR solution due to privacy,
