Healthscreen Solutions Inc. ("Healthscreen") (TSX VENTURE:MDU), Canada's premier
provider of physician practice enhancement services and electronic medical
record ("EMR") software, is pleased to announce that OntarioMD has certified
Healthscreen's proprietary and innovative HSPractice 4.0 Data Sharing Solution.
Type 1 Data Share configuration is unique to Healthscreen and allows doctors to
have a local server for optimal EMR performance, while also being able to share
data with colleagues when necessary.

"Healthscreen's Data Sharing Solution will accelerate physician implementation
among Family Health Groups, Family Health Teams, Family Health Organizations and
other groups that have hesitated implementing an EMR solution due to privacy,
flexibility and cost concerns," said Mr. Stewart Davis, Healthscreen's President
and CEO. "We are proud of our leadership in offering this ground-breaking
solution," added Mr. Davis.

Healthscreen's Type 1 Data Share allows physician groups to implement gradually
and avoids the privacy issues that affect overly centralized solutions. "Our
clients have told us repeatedly that they want to have control of their data;
they do not want it stored in a massive centralized database as the privacy
risks are too great. We are excited to provide Ontario physicians with an
excellent choice that both meets their stated requirements and is eligible for
the Ontario funding program," said Mr. Davis. Healthscreen is seeing a
significant increase in sales due to its capacity to offer this solution.
Certification from OntarioMD will only improve the outlook.
