The board of directors of Extenway solution Inc. ("Extenway") (TSX VENTURE:EY)
has elected Mr. Richard Laferriere as Executive Chairman of the board. Mr.
Laferriere has been a director of Extenway since 2001.


As Executive Chairman, Mr. Laferriere will be responsible to assist Mr. Jack
McAllister, President and Chief Executive Officer of Extenway, to oversees all
the operations aspects of Extenway, more particularly with respect to the
establishment of the strategic plan of the Company and its execution regarding
the sales and marketing activities, with respect to third party agreements and
financings. The agreement with Mr. Richard Laferriere is for an initial period
of two years.


As per the option plan of Extenway, M. Laferriere has been granted options to
subscribe a maximum of 750 000 shares of Extenway, at a price of 0,05 $ per
share. The expiration date of the options is May 1st, 2013.
