FUT The Futura Loyalty Group Inc.

The Toronto Automobile Dealers Association (TADA) today announced it has entered
into a multi-year agreement with the Futura Loyalty Group, (TSX VENTURE:FUT)
enabling TADA's 340 dealer-members to offer Aeroplan Miles to consumers on the
purchase or service of vehicles.

Members who will be able to earn Aeroplan Miles at participating dealerships,
and for the dealers who wish to attract Aeroplan Members to their dealerships."


Beginning in early April 2011, participating TADA dealers will have the option
of leveraging the Aeroplan program through select facets of their operations,
including vehicle sales, automotive service, parts and accessories sales, and
collision repair. Futura Loyalty, in its capacity as a value-added agent for
Aeroplan, will work with all participating dealers to structure optimal consumer
offers, train dealer staff on program execution "best practices" and enable the
crediting of Aeroplan Miles to consumers through the use of the web-based
Aeroplan Merchant Tool, developed by Futura Loyalty for Aeroplan.


Aeroplan Members will earn:



--  A minimum of 1 Aeroplan Mile per $2 spent on all service, parts and
    labour of pre-tax transaction amount; 
--  A minimum of 1 Aeroplan Mile per $2 spent on all tires and wheels of
    pre-tax transaction amount; 
--  A minimum of 1 Aeroplan Mile per $2 spent on collision and auto body
    work of pre-tax transaction amount; and 
--  Aeroplan Members will earn miles on new and used vehicles - offer
    depends on purchase prices and individual dealers.
