Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

 

On August 4, 2023, Fred Kurland resigned as Chief Financial Officer of Aridis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) due to his retirement. Mr. Kurland will serve as senior financial consultant to the Company. The Company’s Vice President of Finance, Ms. Tamara Allen, continues to lead all aspects of financial accounting and reporting.
