Capgemini SE (CAP.FR) said Tuesday that it has won a contract with Norway's Var Energi to help it speed up its digital transformation.

The French consulting group said it will lead a large transformation program to enhance safety, improve performance and modernize ways of working at the oil and gas exploration and production company, which is majority-owned by ENI SpA (ENI.MI).

Financial details weren't disclosed.
