Impala Platinum Holdings Ltd. (IMP.JO) said Wednesday that it has appointed Meroonisha Kerber as chief financial officer and as an executive director of the board effective Aug. 1.

The South African miner said Ms. Kerber was previously senior vice president for finance at AngloGold Ashanti Ltd. and was head of financial accounting at Anglo American Platinum Ltd.
