BUDAPEST--Hungarian oil company MOL Nyrt. (MOL.BU) announced
Thursday a deal to buy a 49% share in JSC Karpovskiy Severniy, the
holder of the North Karpovsky exploration license in Kazakhstan, a
subsidiary of JSC Kazmunaigas Exploration and Production (RDGZ.KX),
owned by Kazakh state oil company JSC Kazmunaigas.
