Change of rating outlook

As of 2 February 2021, Fitch Ratings affirmed the Long-Term Issuer Default Rating of Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest) at 'AAA', with reference to its "excellent capitalization and low risk profile", and revised the rating outlook from stable to negative reflecting the challenging macroeconomic environment in Latin America and the rise in leverage of IDB Invest driven by the portfolio growth following IDB Invest's pandemic response.
