Establishment of "Contents Bank",

a joint venture to provide online video content

Offer YOSHIMOTO KOGYO's content in Japan and overseas!

TV Bank Corporation (head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative: Tomotaka Nakagawa), a consolidated subsidiary of SOFTBANK CORP. (hereafter "SOFTBANK") and Yoshimoto Creative Agency Co., Ltd. (head office: Chuo-ku, Osaka, Representative: Nobuhiro Mizutani), a wholly-owned subsidiary of YOSHIMOTO KOGYO CO., LTD. (hereafter "YOSHIMOTO KOGYO") agreed to establish a joint venture, Contents Bank Inc. (head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, hereafter "Contents Bank") to provide attractive content created and procured by the YOSHIMOTO KOGYO Group in Japan and overseas. Contents Bank will be established on May 10, 2011 to launch its operation.

Starting from today, "Yoshimoto Neta Network" site (hereafter "YNN") launches its service to offer latest local information as part of "We live in your town" project, announced by YOSHIMOTO KOGYO on April 27, 2011. On the YNN site, Contents Bank will launch USTREAM distribution of "Yoshimoto 47 prefectures channel", which consist of live streaming by 47 units of entertainers assigned to each prefecture.

Contents Bank will take advantage of know-how and organizational power of the both Groups, and strive to expand user base of digital content service by offering a variety of YOSHIMOTO KOGYO's content through USTREAM or PPLive, etc.
