The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms for Anglian Water Services Financing Plc's CAD350,000,000 4.525 per cent Class A Fixed Rate Unwrapped Green Bonds due 26 August 2032 (the "Green Bonds") issued under its EUR10,000,000,000 Global Secured Medium-Term Note Programme (the "Programme").

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Green Bonds and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 14 April 2022 as supplemented by a supplemental prospectus dated 27 July 2022 (the "Prospectus") which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation.
