Transfer of shares held in treasury

Caffyns plc ("the Company") announces that on 27(th) February 2023 it transferred to a participant in the Company's employee SAYE scheme 841 ordinary shares for the exercise of options under the SAYE 2017 scheme at a price of 306 pence per share. The shares were all formerly held as treasury shares. The Company has received the proceeds of GBP2,573.46. in cash.

Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds a total of 182,813 of its ordinary shares in treasury. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held in treasury) is 2,696,485.
