The Company received notification on 16 June 2009 from Andreas Schollmeier that 
he has sold his entire holding of 3,580,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the 
Company and his entire holding of 797,032 warrants in the Company. These shares 
and warrants were held on behalf of the vendors of Truck24 which was acquired by 
the Company in April 2008. Mr Scollmeier and the vendors of Truck24 no longer 
have a disclosable interest in the Company.
