The Company has been informed that Will Worsdell, Finance Director of the Company, has today purchased 16,949 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 59 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these purchases, Will Worsdell has a total beneficial interest in 16,949 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02% of the Company's shares in issue.
