Goodwin, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin
and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin, Directors of the Company, are

On 7(th) October 2016, J. M. Securities Ltd., a company in which
J. W. Goodwin and R. S. Goodwin have a beneficial interest,
purchased 32,895 ordinary shares at a price of GBP22.75 per share
from the following persons:
Mr. J. W. Goodwin and his wife 6,121 shares
Mr. R. S. Goodwin and his wife 6,114 shares
Mr. M. S. Goodwin 5,165 shares
Mr. S. R. Goodwin 5,165 shares
Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin 5,165 share
Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin 5,165 shares
Mr. J. W. Goodwin, Mr R. S. Goodwin, and their sons, Mr. M. S.

Goodwin are acting in concert (and deemed to be so). All
