PDMR shareholdings
Gresham House (AIM: GHE), the specialist alternative asset
manager, announces that it received notice on 6 August 2020 that,
following the exercise of the employee share scheme (ESS), and to
fund part of the tax liabilities arising from the exercise of the
ESS Options announced on 28 July 2020, Mr Anthony Dalwood, Mr
Rupert Robinson and Mr Kevin Acton, all PDMRs of the Company, have
sold 60,416, 46,875 and 17,709 ordinary shares respectively of 25
pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 6
August 2020. The sale price was 670 pence per Ordinary Share. Their
resultant holdings are below.
