The Company announces that on 27 September 2022, Shaik Othman Bin Hussain, Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 1,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of GBP0.50 per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Shaik Othman Bin Hussain is beneficially interested in 1,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.058 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
